GENERAL ✦ INFORMATION

• Payment: PayPal (small fee) or Bank Transfer (max 2 days before deadline, no fees) → please make sure to pay within the given timeframe, so that I can order in time! → if you go with PayPal, please send me your PayPal email address as well! → BankTransfer is only available for EU joiners and those who are 100% sure that they’re able to send the payment without added fees. It’s your responsibility to get the full amount to me (I won’t be able to add your merch to our group order otherwise) - if your bank asks for my address to make the payment, it’s likely adding some extra fees for either you or me, so please make sure to research well!
• Shipping: international shipping will be split between everyone that orders to make it as cheap as possible (while shipping is still expensive in general, the group order can help reduce the shipping costs from China to Europe at least) → shipping from me to you is paid by everyone individually (& is cheapest for people in the EU since I’m based in the EU)
• Refunds: if the item never arrives at my place or if I’m not able to order for you, you will be refunded the item price → I CANNOT refund any damaged items because I package them safely and ultimately I have no control over how your package is handled once the post office takes over! Also: Keep in mind that pre-order items take longer to arrive, because they’re not even made yet when we order them. So please only join if you’re okay with waiting for them to be released!
• Pricing: Prices are calculated via the exchange rate of the day that ****I added the items here + a puffer for exchange rate changes and the transaction fee (because of the payment to taobao) → so far, we always could get the merch for cheaper than estimated here, so the difference will be removed from the shipping cost (= shipping will get cheaper for you!)
• Order Status: you can always check the status of your order further down below on this page → the date under your name is Mihoyo’s predicted release date for the merch and is just an estimation. The merch can be available to ship earlier or later than that date! If you want your items fast, please contact me so that I can combine it with previous GOs (if possible) or ship it separately (which is more expensive though).
